Your position as a client in representing your company or an individual may not state the specific number of times the digital post should be published on Cheryl Wong- CheringStories's personal or professional account.
However, if you plan to use social media management services by providing access to your official company account to generate marketing leads or sales. You are required to provide a client brief for the social media posts including the number of posts, context, and scheduling post calendar.

Cheryl Wong- CheringStories has adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The National Privacy Principles determine how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure, and dispose of your Personal Information.

This includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone, current job title, and best contacted digital or social media platform. Explanation in collecting personal information will be addressed with further reasons to ensure the policy is agreed upon by the client and the owner.

Cheryl Wong- CheringStories collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you as a client and for digital or social media marketing.
Your information will be stored in client files for a minimum of 7 years, where it is protected from misuse, loss, from unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.
When your data is no longer needed for the purpose where it was obtained, Cheryl Wong- CheringStories will undertake reasonable steps to destroy or remove your personal information.
It is crucial for us to have your personal information up-to-date, accurate, and complete. You may request via cherylmedia18@gmail.com to access your data. This requires your identification before releasing the information. If you wish to obtain a copy of your personal information, an administration fee of $20 AUD will be charged.
SERVICES
& PAYMENT
We accept in the form of BSB payment transfer. Deposits must be paid before commencing the service. You will need to insert your budget range in the “Contact Me” section of the website. Each project or service is calculated by the standard creative industry rates in Australia, starting from $40 per hour. Any prices below this are non-negotiable.
We will showcase the creative piece with a watermark before the final product or work is released. You are able to receive the high-quality format of the product once the final payment has been made.
As a client, you must indicate what is require and what will be used as well as the duration of the media product. The payment varies on each medium through the value you generate from Cheryl Wong- CheringStories’s work.
If you wish to use our product as a marketing or advertising material, you will need to provide an additional budget per use of the product. We will not transfer all the ownership and rights upon completing the project as this is not “an offer of a lifetime”.
Cheryl Wong- CheringStories will not work for free and do not classify the role as volunteering. We do not accept exposure, unpaid experience, and compliment as payment.
